I enjoy creating healthy recipes using only the freshest meat and produce to ensure good quality. I believe in using herbs and spices to impart flavor instead of heavy cream sauces and fats. I use olive oils primarily in my dishes when an oil is required. I have been an avid collector of heart-healthy recipes now for over ten years and incorporate those into my family's daily dinners.

I am a member of the American Chef Association. I have completed my ServSafe certification. This means that I am knowledgeable in handling foods safely according to our state's Board of Health guidelines.

I have been head chef and manager of the Apple Works retail kitchen and bakery for 8 years. Through this experience I have worked to please a number of different customers' tastes through special orders and standard items. My decision to expand my menu and creative options has led me to develop my own personal chef service. I have experience cooking for elite & professional athletes during performance events & creating meal plans throughout training and the regular season. I look forward to meeting your cooking needs.
